After downloading the installation file from Oracle, unzip it. Click on Setup Select 'Typical' and click OK Click Install After installation complete, click OK. In Driver type drop-down list, select 'P6 Pro Stand-alone (SQLite)', then click Next Select 'Add a new standalone database and connection'. From within the media pack, download the following: P6 Professional Readme P6 Professional R8.3 P6 Professional Documentation Note: If you are upgrading from Primavera V5.0 you also need to download the Primavera P6 Professional Project Management (v6.2.1) Media Pack. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Primavera 6.2 or simply activate the Search field and type in 'Primavera 6.2'. If it is installed on your PC the Primavera 6.2 program will be found automatically. After you select Primavera 6.2 in the list, some data about the program is available to you: Star rating (in the left lower corner). There is more than one version of Primavera P6 although pricing is the same. The newest release of Primavera P6 is Version 19 as of February 2019. Very little has changed since Release 16.2 (most of the improvements have been to P6 EPPM) which you can read about here.

The goal of this document is to provide Primavera customers with a set of instructions on how to obtain/download Primavera software from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (E-Delivery).

Critical Patch UpdatesThese are the primary means of releasing security fixes for all Oracle products to customers with valid support contracts. These critical patches are not included on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud site but are important to be aware of. These are the primary means of releasing bug fixes for Oracle Primavera products to customers with valid support contracts. These patch sets are not included on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud but can be downloaded from My Oracle Support (MOS), using the following steps:
- Select the 'Patches and Updates' link from the top menu items.
- Within the Search tab of the Patch Search window, select 'Product or Family (Advanced Search)'
- Select the appropriate Primavera product from the 'Product is' drop down list.
- Select the appropriate release and platform and then click 'Search'
- Click on the appropriate Patch ID in the Patch Search Results screen.
- Download the patch set which typically includes a list of the issues addressed by the patch set as well as instructions for installing the patch.
